If jewelry design is your passion and you want to spend the summer in the city of the “Grande Bellezza”, then our Summer Course in Jewelry Design Lab is the perfect choice for you.
This course consists of two modules, alternating between practical lessons and visits to studios, museums, and art venues. In the first module, students will visit China’s significant historical sites, such as the Forbidden City in Beijing and the Terracotta Army in Xi'an. Guided by instructors, they will explore these cultural treasures through drawing, photography, and interpretation. The second module offers hands-on practice in a state-of-the-art goldsmith lab, where students can specialize in wax jewelry making, goldsmith techniques, or jewelry illustration. At the end, students will present their portfolios and reflect on their learning experiences and personal growth.
The course is designed for students who are interested in jewelry design and have not yet gained any relevant experiences or academic backgrounds.
